Prior to joining Fiddle Leaf Photography, Janice owned a bustling quick-copy business for 19 years before retiring to travel the world, sew, and spend time with her granddaughters. When Fiddle Leaf Photography grew exponentially, she decided to dedicate some of her free time to keeping school photo days organized. Janice is a master order checker, and no one packs prints quite like her!

Julie loves working behind the scenes to help schools feel prepped and ready for photo day. As a former teacher, she knows the power of nailing the details and how much smoother everything runs when things are well-organized.

When not wearing her Studio Manager hat, Julie can be found trying to stay warm at the hockey rink, walking (sanity hour!) and colour coding (she loves sticky notes) her home calendar to keep on top of where her 3 busy boys need to be next.

Kelly is an internationally published photographer and the owner of Fiddle Leaf Photography, capturing in-home newborn and family moments around Edmonton for over 11 years.

Organized and driven (a unicorn combo in this industry!), Kelly is known for being on time, following through, and delivering photos quickly—no "flighty artist" vibes here.

When not behind the camera, Kelly is likely out walking her rescue dog, bantering with her husband, or playing chauffeur to her always-on-the-go teen daughters.

Fiddle Leaf Photography began in 2013 as a family and newborn photography business, but like many great things, it evolved. When schools closed during Covid, requests for school photos started landing in Kelly’s inbox. With a quick pivot (and a garage-turned-studio), Kelly reimagined what school photography could be—fun, stress-free, and filled with photos parents would actually want to frame.

Before long, the garage couldn’t keep up, and Fiddle Leaf Photography moved into a custom-built studio. Now, in addition to photographing daycares, preschools, and elementary schools across Edmonton, Sherwood Park, and St. Albert, the studio also offers sessions for families looking for a modern, personalized school photo experience.

What started as a small idea is now a fresh take on school photos, where everyone leaves smiling (yes, even the parents).
