Each student's photos will be digital, which allows the parent to log-in and purchase. Digital images are delivered automatically via email while print products will be sorted and delivered to the school.
I'm all about making photos FUN! That means no annoying flash bulbs (I use all natural light) and no "say cheese". I have a bag of tricks from years of working with kids that result in natural expressions.
Spring? Fall? Christmas? That's up to your school! I work with you to find the best time of year for your photos. If you normally do school photos in the fall, Fine Art School photos can be offered as an additional service in the spring.
I order all prints in bulk which allows me to keep prices low and accessible to families. There is no minimum order and no shipping fees as prints are delivered to the school.

As orders are placed in bulk all at once, I'm able to keep costs down while still offering top-notch products and service. Prints start at $8 and print packages containing multiple sizes of prints start at $23. High resolution digital images start at $34 for a single image.
This will depend on the size of the school. For most schools I will have an assistant to help organize the kids and make sure they're picture ready. This allows me to solely focus on making amazing images. For larger schools, I may bring on a second photographer in order to keep things moving along quickly.
Each gallery will contain 2-5 images, with each pose edited in both colour and black and white.
For the photos I need a space with a window. As photos are all natural light, a window (or a shaded outdoor space) is needed. This can be the gym with the door open, an unused classroom, an office space, etc. I'll work with each school directly to find a suitable space. If natural light isn't possible then we'll discuss other lighting options. Other than that, I only need rosters of each class so that I can identify each child. I will provide all gear and personnel for photo day.
Each photo is the individual child and I don't offer sibling sessions at this time. If this is something your school is interested in please contact me to discuss.

The link to view photos will be delivered within 10 business days after photo day. Print products will be delivered to the school within 3 weeks of the ordering period closing.
10% of total sales will be donated back to the school. This amount will be calculated based on the date the ordering window closes.
In order to keep costs down I place all print orders at one time. Once galleries are released to parents they will be live for 1 week. All print orders must be placed within the one week period. If parents miss the ordering deadline, they can contact me to re-activate the gallery for digital image orders only.
No! The sitting and online viewing gallery have are no charge. The parent(s) then have the choice to order digital images, prints and canvases or not.
